- Wrong Service Provided: We performed a different service than what you booked and paid for
- Damage Caused: Our worker caused damage to your vehicle (subject to investigation and verification)
3.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be provided in these cases:
- Service was partially completed due to unavoidable circumstances
- Certain booked services were not performed or completed
3.3 No Refund Eligibility
Refunds are typically NOT available for:
- Dissatisfaction with services not related to our work quality
- Damage to vehicle that was pre-existing or not caused by our workers
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before service: reschedule at no charge
- Less than 24 hours before service: reschedule with deposit
- Less than 6 hours before service: NO rescheduling may be available
4.2 Rescheduling
Rescheduling is preferred over cancellation when possible. You can reschedule through your dashboard or by contacting support at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.
5. How to Request a Refund

8.3 Resolution
If damage is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will:
- Arrange professional repair at our cost
- Provide a full refund of the service
- Process through our insurance where applicable
9. Weather-Related Cancellations
If weather conditions prevent safe service delivery (heavy rain, extreme weather):
- We will notify you as early as possible
- Full refund will be processed
- Priority rescheduling offered when weather improves
- No penalties or fees applied
