How do I book a service?
Booking is simple! Choose your service, select a date and time that works for you, provide your location, and complete the booking. You'll receive a confirmation and our professional detailer will arrive at your specified location.
Do you come to my location?
Yes! All our services are mobile and performed at your location - home, office, or any convenient spot. Just make sure there's access to water and electricity. If you have a preferred location, let us know during booking.
What services do you offer?
We offer comprehensive car detailing services including:

Interior Shine: Deep cleaning, vacuuming, leather treatment, dashboard polishing, and odor removal
Exterior Shine: Hand washing, waxing, polishing, tire cleaning, and paint protection
Complete Shine: Full interior and exterior detailing packages
Special Services: Ceramic coating, paint correction, and engine bay cleaning
How long does a service take?
Service duration depends on the type of service selected:
  • Basic wash: 45mins - 1 hour
  • Interior detailing: 45mins - 1 hour
  • Exterior detailing: 1 hour
  • Complete detailing: 1 hour +
  • Ceramic coating: 1-2 hours)
Times may vary based on vehicle size and condition.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking through your dashboard up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods including:

Payment is typically required after service completion, though advance payment options are available.
Are your detailers insured and qualified?
Absolutely! All our detailers are professionally trained, background-checked, and fully insured. They undergo regular training to stay updated with the latest techniques and products. Your vehicle and satisfaction are our top priorities.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you're not happy with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll arrange a re-do at no extra cost. We stand behind our work and will make it right. See our Refund Policy for more details.

We currently service major cities across Nigeria. During booking, we'll verify if your location is within our service area. Coverage is expanding regularly. If your area isn't covered yet, contact us and we'll work to include it!
